Here we spotlight Redwoods-Leavitt Insurance Agency and GBS Benefits, Inc. for giving back to their communities by supporting Boy Scouts, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and local schools.

Redwoods-Leavitt Insurance Agency in Medford, Oregon, was an eagle sponsor for the Boy Scouts of America – Crater Lake Council’s annual golf tournament. The tournament raised about $68,000 for the local council. Chris Dufour, a commercial lines agent for the agency, served on the committee.
GBS Benefits, Inc.
GBS Benefits, Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah, completed a huge fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of their employee Robyne Oostveen, who was fighting leukemia, in 2016. They were able to collect over $6,000 internally through bake sales and contests and participate in the “Light the Night Walk,” taking steps to cure cancer. GBS employees and families also go to a Title I school every year and put on class parties during the holidays.
