Douglas Stumpf

I have been in the insurance industry since 1978. My journey began at a bank insurance agency right after I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley with a BA in finance. Growing up in Sterling, CO, I learned the value of community and relationships, which has profoundly influenced my professional approach.

For over four decades, I've focused on building lasting relationships and earning the trust of my clients. This commitment sets me apart from the competition and is a key reason why clients choose to buy their insurance from me. I believe that trust is the foundation of any successful partnership, and I strive to cultivate it with every interaction.

Outside of work, I am an active member of my church, which helps me stay connected to my community. My family is my greatest joy. My wife, Shelly, is a retired teacher who dedicated 32 years to educating elementary students. We are blessed with three grown daughters, their families, six grandchildren, and a new great-granddaughter!

In my leisure time, I enjoy sports and traveling. Whether it's enjoying a steak, seafood, or barbeque at my favorite local restaurant, or savoring the quaint lifestyle of our community, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life.
