About Carmen
I am a commercial account manager at Farmer Woods Group. I was introduced to Jim Farmer by his wife, Judy, whom I worked for in high school. When I started college in 2015, I was looking for a part-time job and Jim hired me to help at Farmer Woods Group. I started as a processing intern, then moved to an assistant, and now I’m account manager.
During my internship, I found a work home and passion for insurance. I’m very good at being optimistic in tough situations, which is a quality that people appreciate. The relationships I’ve built with my clients and colleagues are what drive me.
I grew up in Phoenix and am the eldest of five children. I have one niece and one nephew who are my world. I'm a homebody and love crime documentaries, podcasts, and reading in my spare time.
