Cindy Herrera

I began my insurance career in 1977 as a receptionist before working my way up to commercial insurance. Nowadays, I am an account executive for Farmer Woods Group. For me, insurance isn’t just a career, it’s a passion. I enjoy all aspects of it: continuing my education, sharing my knowledge with my team, and using it to give my clients the help and support they deserve.

I joined Farmer Woods Group in 1997 after our office partnered with them and we became a daughter agency, but I knew very quickly that I had found my career home.

I’m originally from St Paul, Minnesota, but my family moved to Phoenix in 1969. When I can, I love spending time with my two sisters—we still get together for holidays! One of my favorite activities is long Sunday walks with my friends. (They’re usually four to five miles long, but they’re admittedly as much a social outing as an exercise outing.) I also enjoy reading, weight training, and getting some delicious pozole from Rio Mirage in Surprise.
