Maegen Norman

I am the Front Desk Manager at Jones & Associates. I am responsible for taking calls, handling claims, processing endorsements, and managing basic office duties. My role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service at the office. 

Before joining Jones & Associates, I worked as the Hospitality Director at Chick-fil-A, where I played a key role in opening three new franchises. My experience extends to the non-profit sector, where I have worked with a self-sufficiency agency, food pantry, shelter, and a Christian-based youth foster facility. These roles have equipped me with an empathetic skill set and a deep understanding of community service. 

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Business Administration in Ethics and Leadership from Schreiner University. I am an alumna of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority and a founding sister at my alma mater. 

I am very involved in my church, where I teach kindergarten Sunday school. I am the vice president of the Brazos County Young Republicans and a former member of the Still Creek Ranch Junior Board of Directors. I enjoy working with various political organizations throughout the state and country and am a former intern for the Texas State Congress. 

Originally from Bryan, Texas, I value my close-knit family, which includes my mom, brother, and two cousins I helped raise. I consider my cousin’s two boys as my nephews and cherish our weekly family dinners and game nights. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at church, baking and cooking, playing board and card games, and engaging in community service. My favorite local hangouts include P.O.E.T.S for darts and pool, and I love visiting the local pool during the summer. My favorite local restaurant is Proudest Monkey, where I always order the Yuppie sweet potato fries.
