Blake Burzell

I’m a commercial risk advisor with Leavitt Pacific Insurance Brokers, where I help businesses navigate their insurance programs and protect what they’ve built. I’m highly attentive and genuinely care about the people I work with. I always strive to deliver the best possible experience for my clients and make sure they feel supported, understood, and protected.

Before joining Leavitt Group, I worked as a risk advisor at another organization and also served as an operations associate for a hospitality group, where I gained hands-on experience in the hotel and multifamily industries. That operational background helps me understand the day-to-day challenges business owners face and the real-world risks that come with running a company.

I come from a big sports family and bring a competitive mindset and strong work ethic to every client relationship. I pride myself on integrity, responsiveness, and building long-term partnerships rooted in trust and respect.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and my MBA from the University of California, Riverside. I’m also a member of the UCR Alumni Association and the Irvine Chamber of Commerce.

I grew up in Laguna Beach and still love spending time near the water. When I’m not working. you’ll probably find me surfing, skimboarding, playing tennis or golf, or watching baseball—Go Angels! My fiancée and I have two beagles, Rufus and Pumpkin, and are excited to be getting married in August 2026.
