Trenton Elrod

I started out in the oil and gas and commercial construction world after earning my B.S. in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University. From working in commercial construction in Houston to becoming a field supervisor at Halliburton Energy Services, I've gained on the ground experience in the industry. When the pandemic hit, I found myself exploring new opportunities, and thanks to some solid advice from my mom—a veteran in the insurance game—I decided to pivot towards insurance.

Growing up in Uvalde, Texas, I developed a love for the outdoors. Fishing, hunting, and golfing are right up my alley. But my favorite thing is hanging out on my back patio with family and friends, grilling up some good food and watching sports.

I joined Risk Services Leavitt because our purpose is about more than just solving problems for clients. Everyone makes a dedicated effort to show we genuinely care for those we work with and their business success.

Since joining, I've been treated like part of a huge family, and that's priceless to me. I am reminded time and time again that an opportunity to work at Leavitt is worth more than its weight in gold, and I am grateful for every day that I get to build relationships with our clients, carriers, and co-workers.
