About Damon
At the age of 13, I started working for my dad’s company building houses, then managed two exterior crews for him as I got older. After my time in construction, I worked in management positions at several local businesses but was looking for a life-long career opportunity.
I’m excited to join the insurance industry and be a part of Leavitt Recreation and Hospitality with their great people and outstanding culture. My extensive experience in and commitment to customer service gives me an edge in meeting my client’s needs.
I grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota and love camping, lake days, building cars and motorcycles, playing hockey, and hanging out with friends.
