Jimmy Tumblin

Jimmy Tumblin is a partner with Leavitt Recreation and Hospitality Insurance bringing 34 years of experience working with the campground and RV park industry. Mr. Tumblin has a unique perspective as his family owned and operated a park in North Carolina for many years. After he left the Navy in 1987, his sister Stephany offered him his first job and he’s been hard at it ever since. Working with the leaders of both the insurance and camping industry, Jimmy has played an important role in developing some of the coverages your policies should include today.

Persistence, experience, and his ability to listen to your needs and concerns are just a few of Jimmy’s strongest attributes. Jimmy takes pride in being able to identify coverage needs through property inspections, as well as learning how each individual campground owner runs their business. No two operations are alike and cannot be handled in a cookie cutter manner.

Mr. Tumblin’ s work values mimic his personal values of dedication, love, and devotion to his family. You will often hear Jimmy comment that his family has been a driving force in his life. Jimmy has been married to Lisa for over 20 years, having children and grandchildren all whom they love dearly. Jimmy feels blessed with such a wonderful family, along with his involvement with a company that shares his personal values.
