Cindy Hayes

I pride myself on my personal connection to our clients and my attentive nature. My personal motto is “Keep on keepin’ on.”

Prior to working at Leavitt Group Midwest, I did clerical work as a receptionist and secretary in the education and healthcare industries. I have also worked in various retail stores and restaurants as a retail associate, at-home agent, and concierge. The inviting atmosphere of LG Midwest and the care they give to their employees convinced me to make the switch to the insurance industry. I enjoy answering client’s questions about their policies and easing their concerns. These personal connections make my work very fulfilling.

I grew up in upstate South Carolina in the small town of Anderson. After graduating high school, I attended Anderson University and studied communications while working on a theater minor. I had some whirlwind experiences before settling down and starting a family in Asheville, North Carolina in 2001. I have two children who hold all my love. In 2014, we moved to a suburb of Columbus, Ohio and we love it here.

Occasionally, I’ll venture out to downtown Columbus, but I’m usually happy with grabbing a bite from Condado Tacos, getting some delicious ice cream at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, or finding a local outdoors hang-out to enjoy nature.
