I’ve worked in customer service for several years in various industries. Providing exceptional service is my goal, no matter which industry I’m in.
I was awarded Customer Service Representative of the Year with several nationwide retail stores, and have learned that sales is not about selling, but providing what each customer needs and enhancing their customer service experience.
Born in Mexico City, I grew up in California and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2022. I’ve loved every minute of being here! I enjoy being outside and breathing the fresh air, painting, crafting, DIY’ing, and organizing. I also enjoy walking in downtown Everett and stopping by Ivar’s for their clam chowder and appetizer tower.
