Austin Worthy

I began my professional career as a foreman in the agriculture industry, eventually pivoting to a sales role where I spent the last six years as a territory manager focusing on agriculture equipment.

By combining my sales and leadership experience, I’m able to better guide my clients and provide exceptional solutions for their insurance needs. I take an interpersonal approach to each client’s experience, “growing” and “harvesting” strong relationships with lines of trust between both of us.

I was born and raised in Gonzales, California, where I attended college and was involved in various volunteer programs, including the Central Coast Citizenship Project—a program that assists local migrant workers in the naturalization process and prepares them for the American citizenship exam. It’s truly a blessing to work with my neighbors, friends, family, and the community I’ve always been a part of.

In my free time, I enjoy barbecuing for friends and family and finding new adventures with my dog, Cash (half Boston terrier, half velociraptor). I’m an avid boxer, a mixed martial arts fan, and have a passion for comedy and writing.

During football season, you can usually find me in Ellie’s Lounge, trying to convince anyone who will listen that the 49ers are going to win it all this year.
