Melissa Langley

I’ve been in the insurance industry for 22 years and focus on commercial insurance for small to mid-sized businesses throughout California. I have two insurance designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).

I started my career in the industry as a small business commercial insurance agent and then quickly moved into a commercial lines manager and marketing manager. My training in the US Navy gave me an incredible sense of discipline and service. I am grateful for the time I spent on the USS Shenandoah and all the travel and culture I was able to experience. 

I grew up in Monterey, California, and I am married with two children, two long-haired dachshunds, and a cat. In my family’s spare time, we love to go to hike and mountain bike in Fort Ord National Monument, Toro Park, and Big Sur. We frequent Angelina's Pizza, because it’s a great hang out for local families and they’re one of our clients!

I enjoy volunteering in the community and supporting my children at their activities. You can routinely find me in the bleachers at their lacrosse, basketball, or baseball games. My hobbies include running, reading, and cooking.

Listening to my clients is what I do best. I give objective advice and try to educate my clients so they have a better understanding of insurance and how to properly protect their businesses. I strive to consistently put myself in my client’s shoes and develop a good understanding of their unique insurance needs.  I welcome the opportunity to work with you and your company.
