  • I have had the good fortune of working with Marice McKeegan and her team at BB&H Benefit Designs for well over twenty years.

    My first direct experience with Ms. McKeegan was when I first undertook benefits for CommUnify, then the Community Action Commission of Santa Barbara County. Ms. McKeegan took the time to immerse me in all things benefits including transitioning us to an electronic enrollment system that greatly facilitated my ability to do my job well and improved the efficiency in our department that allowed us to reduced a position.

    The BB&H team consistently provides us with resources and works directly with our staff to help them navigate their coverage and any bumps in the road.

About Marice

Marice started in the insurance industry as a receptionist and found benefits to be a rewarding career. It is deeply satisfying for her to anticipate and meet the needs of clients, many of whom she now considers friends. 

Marice enjoys the like-minded team at BB&H, working together to support clients, colleagues, and the community. She serves on the Leavitt Group Employee Benefits Advisory Board and continually seeks to gain new ideas, insight, and industry knowledge.
 
Marice loves time outdoors in the sunshine with her fun, sporty family and friends.
