Erin Schadel

I began my insurance career in 2002 and joined Leavitt Group Southwest in 2003. I work in commercial insurance, primarily with oilfield contractors and trucking, and I’ve received my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

I respond quickly and try to make things as easy as possible. I focus on being thorough and educating and empowering my clients. I believe there are no dumb questions and I'll answer any of them because we learn best by helping each other.

Exceptional service sets us apart from the competition. When our clients buy insurance from us, they are hiring an experienced team who will help them simplify the process of getting things done and guide them based on the risks they face and personal concerns.

I grew up in Silver City, New Mexico and now live in Tucson, Arizona. I love the desert because beauty is found in odd places. I get excited to see snakes, giant bugs, and scorpions, and I look forward to 100 degree weather and pool days.

I have been married for 26 years and have 3 kids. My family is fun – there is a ton of trash talking and thick skin is required to survive with my bunch. I spent many years teaching tap, jazz, and ballet at local dance studios and elementary schools, and I also love to paint. A few years ago, I decided to give running a try. I don't run fast but I continue to push myself to go further and further. It always feels good to accomplish things you didn't know you were capable of.
