Americanized Property and Casualty, a commercial insurance division of Empower Benefits & Insurance Group based in Houston, Texas, has become part of Leavitt Group Texas Select, an affiliate of Leavitt Group. The acquisition demonstrates continued growth for Leavitt Group Texas Select and Leavitt Group as a network of insurance brokers whose collective strength allows members to provide national resources to their clients.

As a result of this acquisition, three employees from Americanized Property and Casualty will join Leavitt Group Texas Select at their Sugar Land, Texas, location: Cindy Gilchrest, senior account manager; Rita Peng, insurance advisor; and John Weesner, insurance advisor.
Since 2018, Empower Benefits & Insurance Group has provided commercial insurance under the name Americanized Property & Casualty to service their clients’ insurance and risk management needs.
