Karen Dollahon

I am a communicator and a people-person. I focus on personal insurance, with “personal”' being the key word. My approach with every client is to protect what is personal and valuable to them. I strive to develop great working relationships, understand different needs, and find the best options and coverage at the best rate.

Prior to selling insurance, I worked in the high-value home building industry for 25 years. This experience was very beneficial when I decided to make a career change and started working in personal insurance over five years ago. To add to my experience, I earned my Personal Lines Coverage Specialist (PLCS) designation.

Over the years I have volunteered with several organizations, but the most rewarding experiences have been with the Boy Scouts of America for 15 years, my homeowners association for 17 years, and my church for over 30 years. I also believe strongly in supporting our local police organizations and first responders.

I have lived in Texas all my life and love this great state! The landscape is so beautiful and diverse, providing a wide variety of activities. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and have three wonderful sons. I love the outdoors, gardening, and getting together with friends and family.
