The recommendation is a gallon per day per person. It’s good to have a three-day evacuation supply.
Food
Keep enough for a three-day supply. Stock foods that can be stored for a while and are easy to prepare. Some suggestions may be dry cereal, protein or fruit bars, canned fruit, vegetables or meats. Remember to include a can opener.
