My grandpa has always said, “Remember who you are and what you represent.” I’ve always strived to be as authentic as possible with myself and my clients.

This idea of representation and authenticity is one of the biggest reasons I decided to join Leavitt Group as a commercial insurance account manager. They have a strong reputation in the insurance industry for being authentic and honest, and I resonated with the culture they created.

I currently hold both my certified insurance counselor (CIC) and a certified insurance service representative (CISR) designations. I work primarily with construction and social service companies and occasionally dabble in bonds. Relationships are a vital part of my job, and I work very hard to build them with my clients and insurance underwriters by being approachable and easy to talk to. I’m always happy to answer my clients’ questions, and while I may not know the answer right away, I can always find it.

I grew up in Axtell, Utah on a Hereford cattle ranch. Whenever I got the chance, I would also help my grandparents with their registered sheep operation. No surprise, I was active in 4-H and FFA and enjoyed showing livestock. I later graduated with my Associate of Applied Science in Business Communication.

Nowadays, I spend time serving as the Chair of the WCF Insurance Account Manager Advisory Council and supporting FFA and 4-H programs. I also like attending local sports events, specifically the Salt Lake Bee’s and the Salt Lake Grizzlies games. The rest of the time, I enjoy relaxing with my family, helping on the farm, sewing, making quilts, cooking, sitting on the porch, trying new recipes, and being by any body of water.
