Cynthia Fletcher

I’m a proud native of St. Petersburg, Florida, and earned my degree in risk management and insurance from Florida State University’s College of Business in 1976. While attending FSU, I began working in the insurance industry, and in 1981, I relocated to Clearwater to join Alley, Rehbaum & Capes. I eventually served as Chief Operating Officer and had the opportunity to help grow and lead the agency for many years. In November 2016, I sold the agency and continued to maintain strong carrier relationships with Progressive, Safeco, Hartford, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, CNA, Ohio Casualty, and RLI.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on developing tailored insurance programs for manufacturers, hospitality businesses, and contractors. With over 40 years of experience, I’m committed to delivering quality service and helping clients protect what matters most. I truly believe in the value of long-standing client relationships and thoughtful risk management solutions.

Beyond the insurance world, I’m passionate about giving back. I support domestic and international initiatives through World Help Ministries, including funding deep-bore water wells in countries and regions such as India, Guatemala, the Middle East, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Tanzania. I’ve also created endowments with local nonprofits like Tampa Bay Watch and American Stage Company to support the community that’s given me so much.

Today, I remain dedicated to promoting the vision of Tampa Bay Life and Liberties, and I’m grateful to continue serving our community through insurance programs that make a difference.
