Welcome to ARCW Leavitt Insurance Services! Our journey began in 1989 when Sandy Wasson founded Sandy Wasson & Associates Insurance in Largo, Florida. With a strong commitment to the local community and active involvement in insurance associations, Sandy laid the foundation for what we are today.
In 2000, a significant milestone was reached when Chuck Wasson III became President, continuing his family's legacy of leadership in the industry and community. His connection with the Pinellas County Medical Association enabled us to effectively serve niche healthcare businesses. In 2012, we acquired Bay Area Insurance, leading to our relocation to Pinellas Park in 2013 and a rebranding as Wasson Bay Area Insurance.
In December 2016, we expanded further by merging with Alley, Rehbaum & Capes Assurance, a well-respected independent agency in Clearwater, FL. This merger strengthened our shared commitment to community service, broadened our market reach, and enhanced our resources for clients. Rebranding as ARCW Insurance allowed us to honor the heritage of both organizations while looking forward with renewed energy.
As we continue to grow, our vision is to enhance our capabilities as a multi-lines agency, providing long-term value through a wide array of insurance products, expertise, and innovative services. We are dedicated to the professional development of our employees, offering training and resources that promote efficiency and growth.
