I hold the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) designations, along with FL 0220 and 0215 licenses. My experience spans insurance account management, property and casualty insurance, and life and health insurance, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
