Tish Haynes

Hello, I'm Tish. My journey to the insurance industry has been anything but conventional, and it's given me a unique perspective that I bring to my clients every day. I started working in restaurants at 18, first as a line cook, then sous chef, and eventually transitioning to front of house management. I created training programs for food and wine menus and led "opening teams" for new restaurant ventures. When the pandemic hit and restaurants shut down, I turned to door-to-door sales, which taught me resilience and adaptability.

Clients choose to work with me because I deeply empathize with the entrepreneurial journey. I understand the challenges of building something from the ground up. I find immense joy in helping people protect what they've worked so hard to create and in building relationships along the way. I'm passionate about becoming a true teammate to my clients, helping them achieve success.

I'm actively involved in several community groups and professional organizations, including the Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA), the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC), Women Decision Makers (WDM), and the Nevada Construction Association (NCA).

I earned my bachelor's degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, which speaks to my love for food and creativity. Originally from Seattle, WA, and St. George, UT, I now enjoy life in Nevada with my incredible 12-year-old son.

In my free time, I love live music, stand-up comedy, traveling, and discovering new restaurants. I enjoy rock climbing, camping, golf, and a variety of adult recreational sports like volleyball, pickleball, and basketball. I also host a supper club, where I get to indulge my passion for cooking and entertaining friends
