Sophia Rasmussen

My name is Sophia Rasmussen, and I’m a passionate insurance professional with a diverse background in claims and as an insurance agent. I’ve worked in multiple roles across the industry, from secretary to policy sales to claims resolution, giving me a unique perspective and well-rounded skill set.

Since marrying into a family of adjusters in Florida, insurance has been an integral part of my life for several years. I began my career at UPC Insurance, embracing various claims-related roles with enthusiasm. While focusing on catastrophe claims, my heart ignited when I helped a distraught client on what she described as the worst day of her life. That call changed everything, not only for her but for me, making me realize then that I had the power to help individuals and families weather their fiercest storms.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy adventures with my husband and daughter, engaging in outdoor activities such as snake handling, horseback riding, hiking, and swimming. As I embark on my new position, I am excited and eager to contribute to the success of my new office!
