Allen Starley

My roots and love for the Magic Valley run deep. I grew up in Twin Falls and graduated from Twin Falls High School, then earned my degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Utah State University. With a career in insurance since 1990, I’m the co-owner of Starley-Leavitt Insurance Agency.

I’m dedicated to providing my clients with high-quality advice and tailored insurance solutions. I hold the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and focus on industries such as contractors, medical offices, fitness centers, restaurants, gas stations, retail, office spaces, and farming.

Family is at the heart of my life, with four daughters, one son, three stepchildren, and 18 grandchildren. I enjoy supporting them in their sports and activities, as well as pursuing my own hobbies, including weightlifting, rock climbing, scuba diving, and traveling with my sweetheart. I also compete in Spartan races, triathlons, and bike races—though these days, I’m learning that my body doesn’t bounce back like it used to!

I love volunteering and have been with the Twin Falls Sheriff’s Search and Rescue for ten years. I served on the board and as vice commander for eight years, specializing in dive recovery, swift water rescue, and high-angle rescue operations. This role has been one of my most rewarding life experiences.
