Robert Ranneberger

As a personal insurance assistant, I perform quality checks on renewals and help clients with cancellations, reinstatements, and other similar requests. Before insurance, I spent twenty years in retail management—needless to say, I’m well-accustomed to communicating with many different types of people at all levels of need and meeting them where they are.

I always strive to have an infectious optimism, so whether things are great (or not-so-great), I’m dedicated to creating positive and productive relationships with my clients.

I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Washington College with a bachelor’s degree in English and sociology. A couple of years later, I earned my master’s in human resources management from Walden University.

I love staying involved with my community; I’m a member of the Luthor Burbank Center, Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Omicron Delta Kappa Honors Society, Noble Uprising, Girls on the Run International, Postpartum Progress, Moveable Feast, and Phoenix Pride.

In my spare time, I love taking on the world with my dog, Georgie! He is a supermutt combination of Australian shepherd, cattle dog, and chow, and he loves people, treats, and cuddles. Some of the ways I take on the world are by visiting the gym, hiking, reading, writing, going to concerts, spending time with a good comic book, sipping coffee, and watching a good sci-fi or horror movie.
