Domenico Pettinari

Domenico (Dom) Pettinari is the director of alternative risk within Leavitt Group’s Sales Force Development Group. He leads initiatives in captive insurance and alternative risk solutions, ensuring agents are well equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Dom brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in business development, client advisement, and process optimization across various industries. In his most recent role as vice president of captive advisory at Marsh & McLennan, he was instrumental in guiding clients through complex alternative risk strategies.

Dom grew up in Hilton, New York, and graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a dual bachelor’s degree in international business and finance. Dom’s parents are Italian and came to this country as teenagers. He grew up working on his family’s farm and at their deli/pizza shop along with his identical twin brother and two sisters.

His free time is spent at the gym, cooking, skiing, playing the piano, and cultivating his gift of gab by talking to anyone about anything.
