About Lourie
Lourie Feragen focuses on servicing the needs of commercial accounts as a licensed insurance agent for Leavitt Great West Insurance Services, and is their commercial insurance team lead.
She started her insurance career in 1980 for a small agency in Lewistown, Montana. Lourie's experience includes working for agencies in Montana and Washington, for Travelers Insurance Company as commercial insurance supervisor, and for Victory Insurance Company as an underwriting and policy services manager.
Lourie holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. Lourie joined Leavitt Great West's managing partner, Mike Taylor, in 2010. Together they formed Taylor-Leavitt Insurance Agency, which quickly earned Leavitt Group's "Agency Excellence" and "Agency of the Year" awards. Leavitt Great West was formed when Taylor-Leavitt, Northern Montana Insurance Services, and Mountain West Benefits merged in 2014.
Lourie has two boys, Randy and Kris, who both work in the insurance industry. She also has three grandsons, Ryker, Brecken, and Tayden. She enjoys camping, riding four wheelers, wakesurfing, water skiing, and spending time on the water.
