Shannon Naylor

I am a sales executive for Leavitt Great West Insurance Services and am based in the Conrad office. I have over 20 years of insurance experience and currently sell commercial insurance, farm insurance, workers compensation, and bonds.

I completed the Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) designation in 2000 and the American Institute (INS series) in 2006. I then completed the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) in 2013. I was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2012 and Commercial Lines Most Valuable Team Player in 2016.

I'm a Conrad native and I love rural Montana and all of the great people. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and understanding the importance of teamwork and a working family. Working to build strong relationships with my customers, insurance carriers, and co-workers is incredibly important.

My husband, Mike, and I have two beautiful daughters. I enjoy coaching basketball and baseball, running, crossfit, and following my children in their various activities. Additionally, I sit on the Conrad Youth Basketball Board and the Career and Technical Education Advisory Council.
