Laura Stireman

Before joining Leavitt Select Insurance Services as the Director of Business Development and Carrier Relations, Laura held a distinguished 28-year career with WCF Insurance, culminating in the position of Regional Vice President of Sales and Distribution.

As regional vice president, Laura was responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving strategic initiatives that bolstered their growth across the west. Her leadership in these areas led to the successful launch of commercial insurance products and continued growth in workers compensation. Additionally, their distribution network expanded from one state to six during her tenure.

Throughout her career, Laura has been committed to fostering strong relationships, implementing innovate sales strategies, and delivering exceptional results. Her experience in managing diverse teams and navigating complex market dynamics has equipped her with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and an extensive network of professional connections.

Laura is passionate about leveraging her experience and insights to benefit community organizations and is always open to exploring new opportunities for collaboration. She currently sits on the Utah Black Chamber Board and is a member of the supervisory committee for Mountain America Credit Union.

Laura and her husband, Tony, have been married for over 25 years. They have a wonderful son and two cats. Laura enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
