Mitch Beitia

I was born and raised in Star, Idaho, growing up on a Suffolk sheep operation that my grandfather started when his family immigrated from the Basque Country in Spain. For over 20 years, we raised a small flock, and through that experience, I learned the values of hard work, discipline, and strong work ethic—principles that have guided me throughout my life and career.

Growing up, I was actively involved in 4-H, FFA, and other community organizations, which instilled in me the importance of selfless service and giving back. Little did I know that these experiences would shape my professional journey and how I approach my work today.

After college, I joined Leavitt Group, where I have the privilege of serving businesses of all sizes and industries. What I love most about my role is not just creating business opportunities but truly educating and supporting clients. Our job is to help businesses understand their risks, address their challenges, and find solutions that protect their future. Leavitt has been the perfect fit for me, providing the resources to serve a wide range of industries, from agriculture and construction to manufacturing and hospitality.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the mountains with my family, hunting, fishing, camping, and Razor riding. Some of my best memories are from hunting trips with my dad and brothers, along with our hunting dogs, who have been a big part of our adventures. There’s nothing better than escaping to the mountains and enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors.
